When: Thursdays, September 18th - October 16th, 6-8 pm

Level: Beginner - Advanced
What to Expect: In this class, learn how to express yourself through abstract painting. Some photos will be used as inspiration, but largely you will be painting on your own. You will have the opportunity to experiment with the following techniques as well.
Impasto
Scraping
Stippling
Glazing
Gestural painting
Mindfulness techniques will be used to overcome natural inhibitions and perfectionism in order to paint expressively.
No experience is required, just an openness to making new creative discoveries.
An oil painting supply list will be provided when the class is determined to run. Students are welcome to use acrylic or watercolor if preferred.
