Oil Painting, Beginner - Advanced Abstract, Online, 5/14-6/11

What to Expect: In this abstract oil painting class, learn how to use different images as inspiration for finding your own unique style of abstract painting. You will have the opportunity to experiment with a number of different techniques, including

• Impasto

• Scraping

• Stippling

• Glazing

• Gestural painting 

Mindfulness techniques will be used to overcome natural inhibitions and perfectionism in order to paint expressively.

No experience is required, just an openness to making new creative discoveries.

An oil painting supply list (solvent-free) will be provided when the class is determined to run. Students are welcome to use acrylic if preferred.
